Registration FAQs

To register, just visit the uTest homepage: click "Sign Up"; then select the "Create an Account" button in the Testers box. Please complete the subsequent Tester Registration forms thoroughly and accurately, as the information you provide will be used to match you with future projects and test cycles.

FAQs:

• Is there a registration or membership fee for becoming a tester?

Registration is 100% free. There are no membership fees of any kind to join our community.

• Am I allowed to have more than one account?

Each tester may only have one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and can result in being removed from the uTest platform. If you mistakenly created more than one account, please notify us of your primary account and duplicate accounts at testers@utest.com. We will deactivate all non-primary accounts for you.

• Am I allowed to use a friend or colleague’s uTest account?

Testers may not use another tester’s account under any circumstances, even if the account belongs to a friend or family member.
