A Test Team Lead (TTL) is a uTester (who has been selected and trained - more information below) who works very closely with a uTest Project Manager at the test cycle level. The TTL has the ability to triage reports and make recommendations to the customer and project manager. Every TTL opportunity is paid, with varying responsibilities that help to ensure success of each project.
The TTL Program is exclusive to select members of the uTest community. Invitations are typically sent once a month from the Community Management (CM) Team, and those who accept are subsequently trained on the responsibilities of a TTL.
