  • Tester Information

  • (if known) When logged into platform.utest.com (Projects), your tester ID can be found at the bottom of the left-hand side menu ("My Tester ID: #####"). Alternatively, if you're logged into utest.com, it can be found beneath your name, in the upper left of the screen.
  • uTest Payment Issue

    What is your default uTest payment method?
  • What is the email address associated with your PayPal or Payoneer account?
  • What is the processing date of the payment you are asking about? Select only the 15th or last day of any given month.
  • What is the amount (in USD) of the payment in question?
