I do not see my device and/or software listed, how do I add my device?

To request additional device environments be added to the Tester Profile:

  1. Go here to open a new case with Tester Support.

  2. Choose the Request Category: “Add Missing Device/Environment to uTest Platform”

  3. Fill out your contact information

  4. Fill out applicable information in fields

  5. Click submit.

Please note that it may take up to a week to see your device/environment added to the platform.
