I do not see my device and/or software listed, how do I add my device information?

To request additional device environments be added to the Tester Profile

  1. Go to https://help.utest.com/contact-support/ to open a new case with Tester Support.
  2. Fill out your contact information
  3. Choose the Request Category: uTest Platform Environment Additions/Updates
  4. Fill out applicable information

A member of Tester Support will contact you when your device and environment is available to be added to your profile.
