How Do I Request a New Device or OS on uTest?

We never assume that the tester profile is up-to-date, so we are relying on the wisdom of the community to inform us on recent changes. There may be times when you have access to a new or unique device, OS or application but it’s not yet available to add to your profile on the uTest platform.

If you come across missing data, please submit a request for the missing data to be added here. As new devices come out on the market, we’ll be sure to add them to our database.

Here’s a sample list of items that may need to be added or updated:

  • Mobile device – manufacturer and model
  • Mobile OS
  • Mobile carrier
  • Desktop OS
  • Desktop browser
  • Wearable device
  • Antivirus, antispyware or firewall
  • Smart TV, game console, or set top device
  • Any internet-connected home appliance
