Why was my test cycle locked early?

It is rare, but on occasion a cycle may lock before the set locked date. This could happen for multiple reasons including:

  • Bug limit of the cycle was reached
  • The Customer’s testing needs have changed
  • The Customer found the results they were looking for and no longer felt the need to continue collecting bug reports

Test Cycle duration is at the Customer’s discretion. The Customer can choose to lock a cycle early without warning.
